Watch J B Priestley’s immoral comedy about money laundering come to life in brand new version at Titchfield Festival Theatre.
Set on the eve of World War Two, Laburnum Grove focuses on the typical suburban Radfern family in London where protagonist George Radfern decides to tell his family that he is a money launderer and that they have been enjoying his gains for years.
Doubts appear as the family is unsure whether or not to believe him. But, just when it all looks like a joke, an inspector turns up asking questions leaving everyone curious if he really is a crook.
Discover for yourself by watching the play, which runs from March 13 to March 23, at St Margaret’s Arts in St Margaret’s Lane.
Performances start at 7.30pm with tickets ranging from £8 to £11.
